はじめに
FX Vision（以下「本アプリ」）は、外国為替（通貨ペア）の参照レートを表示する情報閲覧アプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおけるデータの取り扱いを説明します。
収集する個人情報
本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を収集・保存・第三者へ提供しません。 アカウント登録やログインはありません。解析・広告・トラッキングのための仕組みも使用していません。
端末内に保存されるデータ
- ウォッチリスト（選択した通貨ペア）や最後に取得したレートは、お使いの端末内（アプリのApp Group領域）にのみ保存されます。外部に送信されません。
- これらのデータはアプリを削除すると消去されます。
外部通信について
本アプリは為替レートを取得するため、以下へHTTPS通信を行います。
- Frankfurter API（欧州中央銀行の参照レートを提供する外部サービス。frankfurter.dev）— 日次レートおよび1週間〜10年のチャートの取得に使用します。
- 当方が運用する中継サーバ — 現在のレート（一覧・ウィジェット）、「1D」（24時間）チャート、および各チャートの最新値の取得に使用します。中継サーバは ExchangeRate-API から定期的にレートを取得して保持しており、アプリからのリクエストに対してはその保持データを返します。
これらの通信に伴い、通信の性質上お使いの端末のIPアドレスや取得対象の通貨ペアが送信先（および経由するCDN）に伝わります。
中継サーバについて。 当方は中継サーバのアプリケーションにおいて、リクエスト内容・IPアドレス・閲覧された通貨ペアのいずれも記録していません。ただし、中継サーバのホスティング事業者（Railway）が、プラットフォームの標準機能としてHTTPアクセスログ（接続元IPアドレスを含む）を一定期間保持します。当方はこのログをユーザーの識別・追跡・分析・広告のために利用することはなく、第三者へ提供することもありません。
中継サーバからExchangeRate-APIへの通信は、ユーザーのアクセスとは無関係に定期実行されます。 そのため、お使いの端末のIPアドレス・識別情報・閲覧された通貨ペアが外部のデータ提供元へ伝わることはありません。送信先サービスの取り扱いについては各サービスのポリシーをご確認ください。
データの利用目的・免責
本アプリが表示するレートは情報提供目的であり、遅延があります（日次レートに加え、1Dチャートでは日中足を表示しますが、いずれもリアルタイムの取引価格ではありません）。本アプリは取引・送金・投資助言などの金融機能を提供しません。投資判断はご自身の責任で行ってください。

Introduction
FX Vision ("the App") is an information-only viewer for foreign-exchange (currency pair) reference rates. This policy explains how data is handled in the App.
Personal information we collect
The App does not collect, store, or share your personal information. There is no account or login, and no analytics, advertising, or tracking is used.
Data stored on your device
- Your watchlist (selected currency pairs) and the last fetched rates are stored only on your device (in the app's App Group storage) and are never transmitted externally.
- This data is removed when you delete the App.
Network requests
To fetch rates, the App makes HTTPS requests to:
- the Frankfurter API (an external service providing European Central Bank reference rates, frankfurter.dev), for daily rates and the 1W–10Y charts;
- a relay server we operate, used for the current rate (list and widget), the "1D" (24-hour) chart, and the latest point on every chart. The relay periodically fetches rates from ExchangeRate-API and serves the App from what it has stored.
As with any network request, your device's IP address and the requested currency pairs are conveyed to the destination (and any CDN in transit).
About the relay. Our relay application records nothing about requests — not their contents, not IP addresses, not which currency pairs were viewed. However, the relay's hosting provider (Railway) retains HTTP access logs, including the originating IP address, for a period of time as a standard platform feature. We do not use those logs to identify, track, profile, or advertise to you, and we do not provide them to third parties.
The relay's own requests to ExchangeRate-API run on a schedule, independently of any user activity. Your IP address, identifiers, and the pairs you view are therefore never conveyed to the upstream data provider. Please refer to each service's own policy for its handling of data.

Rates shown are for information purposes only and may be delayed. The 1D chart shows intraday bars and the other ranges show daily closes; neither is a real-time tradable price. The App does not provide trading, transfers, or investment advice. Make your own investment decisions.
